Employee Relations Coordinator

Location: Dallas, Texas (In-Office Role)

Position Overview:

MAS Law, an award-winning personal injury firm serving Georgia, Illinois, and Texas, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to become an important part of the MAS Law team. Based at our Dallas, TX, headquarters, you’ll be the trusted resource for employee relations and HR support while serving employees across all our locations in Dallas, Chicago, and Atlanta. Your work will directly support our people, culture, and values, helping to ensure MAS Law remains a place where employees feel supported, respected, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and workplace policies.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance to staff and managers on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace issues.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, job changes, terminations, and benefits-related transactions.
  • Assist employees with benefits, leave of absence requests, and time-off tracking.
  • Monitor attendance, incidents, and policy compliance.
  • Support managers with disciplinary processes, HR communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field (law firm or professional office experience preferred).
  • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems.
