Chad Marchand serves as the Supervising Attorney of MAS Law’s Atlanta office, bringing more than two and a half decades of experience from the defense side of litigation. Before joining the plaintiff’s bar, Chad spent over 25 years representing insurance carriers, trucking companies, and major corporate defendants. This extensive background gives him a rare and valuable advantage—he understands how insurers and large companies evaluate risk, construct their defenses, and identify vulnerabilities.

Now advocating for injured individuals and families, Chad applies that inside knowledge to build strong, strategic cases that withstand even the most aggressive defense tactics. He has evaluated, litigated, and resolved matters involving seven‑, eight‑, and nine‑figure exposures and is known for his expertise in large‑case valuation, expert witness development, and high‑level litigation strategy.
